For detailed information about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase, Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
You agree that any dispute will be resolved individually through arbitration administered by a recognised arbitration service in the United Kingdom, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
This arbitration clause does not prevent you from exercising your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

12. Changes to Terms
